Bruno has been active in the foodservice industry for over 30 years. Being an original founder of Total Focus Sales & Marketing Inc. back in April of 1988 has kept Bruno focused on the foodservice industry’s growth and business requirements. Bruno works closely with all of the Total Focus team members to ensure all business partners complete satisfaction.
Michael’s management skills harmonized with his degrees in Economics, Business History and his most recent in 2008 an MBA from Northwestern University of Chicago, Kellogg School of Management corresponds with his numerous awards of recognition from our business partners. Michael’s ability to participate in new product development, strategic planning, supply chain management and product training to detail a small sector of his skills are value added services to our business partners, distributors and product end users.
Joe can be found travelling within the province of Ontario supporting our Territory Managers. Joe has greater then 25 years foodservice sales experience and has been a significant team member at Total Focus since 1998. Joe’s ability to bring together the total business package includes aspects ranging from menu concepts to product options is an advantage to our business partners and customers.
Don can be found travelling within the Owen Sound, Sudbury, North Bay, Orillia and Huntsville and cities in between. Don graduated from a Hotel and Resort management program and has worked within the hospitality industry and in purchasing prior to commencing his sales career with a distributor. Don joined our Total Focus team back in 1999 and since then has incorporated both his love of food and the foodservice industry.
Cindy can be found travelling within the Ottawa region. Prior to joining the Total Focus team in 2005 Cindy enjoyed a diverse career which included being a purchasing manager, a restaurant consultant, a regional sales manager for a distributor, and prior to those experiences she owned and operated a restaurant in Ottawa. Cindy’s range of experiences provides her with the understanding of your daily business operation requirements.
David can be found travelling within greater Toronto, Oshawa, Markham, Belleville and cities in between. David has been with Total Focus since 2005 but his foodservice experience exceeds 20 years. David’s vast product knowledge and prompt, efficient attention to detail are just a few of his competencies enjoyed by purchasing personal to executive chefs.
Paul can be found travelling within the Kitchener, Waterloo, and Niagara Falls to Port Elgin regions including cities in between. Paul a Total Focus team member since 2001 is a graduate in business administration. Paul’s strong relationship with his customers is essential as he continues to daily grow and strengthen product awareness. This strong bond has been acknowledged by receiving awards of recognition.
Ron can be found travelling within the Woodstock, London, Chatham-Kent, Sarnia, Windsor and regions in between. Ron being a graduate in business and marketing has put his skills over the years to great utilization. Joining our team in 2008 has provided Ron with the opportunity to further strengthen his analytical and creative skills with emphasize on being a resource to our business partners.
Doug has a long and distinguished career in foodservice with experience in distribution and as a broker. Doug will be the Account Manager for several National and Regional Accounts as well as manage the day to day business of several distributors located in the GTA.
Frankie has served for several years in foodservice distribution. Frankie is the Account Manager for Toronto West and works closely with many independent operators along with National and Regional Accounts.
Lorri is our newest Total Focus team member. Lorri has a long and distinguished career in foodservice with over 9 years experience in distribution. Lorri is our Customer Service Support & Administrator. She handles our order entry system and daily functions of our order desk. She is the Administrator of our Gen Web software program.
Amy has been in Foodservice Sales support with Total Focus for the past 10 years. Amy handles the sales team's request in regards to point of sale, samples, shows and sales meetings. Amy is also the administrator for our Easy Operator software program.
